Death of a President

After sending out the "9/11 In Plane Site" video link in email, someone replied and think that I will be interested with this movie which depicts the assassination of Bush. It seems like the producer of this movie used the similar technics as in Forrest Gump (putting an actor in the original footage).

Do I really want to see him die like that? I guess not. I would want to see him and Dick Chenney go to war crimes trials more and I want them to tell us what they know about 911 that we don't know.

2pac

Didn't realize Tupac had left us for 10 years until I read the news today. Ten years ago, I had been in the States for about a year. Without much pocket money but a lot of free time on my hand, I often listened to Hip-Hop radio station for pastime. 2pac's songs always caught my ears when they are played on the radio. The first 2pac album I got is "All Eyez on Me". It is a double CD album with 13-14 tracks on each side. Seriously, none of the tracks have repeated melody or arrangment. I was really impressed with his music talent. Shortly afterward, 2pac released another album "the don killuminati: the 7 day theory" under the name - Makaveli. (I didn't know Makaveli = 2pac until my classmate told me about it) That album seems to give a different favor than the previous one and some of the tracks are filled with anger. And then the bullets claimed his life and he left behind hundreds of unreleased songs. What a true song writer!

Since the death of Tupac, followed by the death of Notorious B.I.G., I didn't listen to rap music as much as I used. Then, the inactivity of the Fugees and my change of heart added to the reasons why I left the Hip-Hop genre all together.

I'm listening to 2pac's album "All Eyez on Me" as I'm writing this entry. I think I had left his CDs untouch for over 8 years.

雖然菇味不足 (當然啦, 金菇同蘑菇係用嚟索味架嘛)
但係D米粉好入味

真係誠意十足

However, the iced milk tea I got from 為食屋 the next day is not as great as last time. I guess different person makes different milk tea, but I still give it an 8.

This video focused on the witnesses accounts on what happened inside WTC and also experts' comment on why they think the WTC were brought down by controlled demolishion.

Rethink about 9/11

After watching "9/11 In Plane Site" last month, I started to have doubts on what we had been told about 9/11 by the government. Did the Boeing 757 really hit the Pentagon? Were the collapses of WTC 1, 2, and 7 caused by explosive? Was Al-Qaida really behind the attack?

In this documentary, Dave VonKleist presented video and photographic evidences found on DVDs produced by the major news network and pictures from magazines.



Update to 9/11 In Plane Site

I can't say for sure that 9/11 was an insider job, but I had stepped back from the original conception that Osama Bin Laden/Al-Qaida are responsible for the attack and placed the Bush Administration in the suspect list.

If the Bush Administration really masterminded the 9/11 attack, this is even eviler than any terrorists ever existed. Sacrifice the lives of thousands and then use them as an excuse to bring wars to the other countries and to restrict our freedom.

We had also ordered Clams Quahogs, Green Mussels, Winkles Eastern, and Eastern Conch (響螺). I'm not too impress with the Green Mussels and Eastern Winkles (蛾螺). I think the Winkles are too small. The shell of Clam Quahogs is really heavy and I think the clam is a bit overcooked. The conch is still my favorite shellfish^^

I had just spent the Labor Day weekend in L.A. with my mom, brother, and aunt.

Day 3: Dim Sum at New Concept Restaurant (順峰); iced milk tea to go from Yume Kitchen (為食屋); Getty Villa

I feel very tired after the trip, but the fun and good food are very rewarding.
