鬼迷宮之夜

星期六晚我跟R小姐和她的朋友去了粟米田鬼迷宮(Haunted MAiZE)
那天去"被嚇"的人特別多
才八點多他們已經掛了 "MAiZE is closed" 的牌子
還好R小姐早已幫我們預訂
否則我們只好明年再來

搞好了門票的問題
我們一行二十多人便拿著電筒
戰戰兢兢地走進迷宮
粟米田裏的溫度好像特別低
四周漆黑一片
還有附近傳來的尖叫聲
為這個迷宮營造了陰森恐怖的氣氛

我們走了大概1/8的路程
便遇上第一隻"鬼"
本來他站著不動
我們以為只是擺設
可是沒有人敢走向他
雙方也按兵不動
觀察了良久
有人發現那隻"鬼"有輕微的郁動
既然有了心理準備
大家便往他那邊走
而他亦開始"襲擊"我們

當那隻"鬼"走到面前嚇我的時候
我便對著他的臉大聲尖叫
我用了同一招來對付第二隻"鬼"
他"招呼"完其他人後再來打擾我多一次
我本能地推開了他

經過兩場熱身賽
我沒有起初那麼膽怯
而且我發覺走在隊伍的前面比較好
站在其他人背後看不見前面讓我很不安
還有那些躲在粟米田的"鬼"都喜歡"伏擊"隊伍中間的人

正因要走在前面
我也順理成章成為了領隊
可是我這個領隊很差
帶人走錯路
最後還迷了路

幸好之前走散了的隊員領了我們回正路
但我們做了一件違規的事...:p

最後用了大約一小時走完這個鬼迷宮
其實裏面的"鬼"不算多
而且他們的裝扮不太嚇人
有些"鬼"只戴了一個面具
最冇厘頭係有一隻"鬼"竟然扮咯咯雞@@
我們其中一個女仔話佢好得意

其實我比較想看到他們扮外星人
在粟米田走來走去
就像 The Sign 電影的那一幕

小小姑娘 清早起床

星期六晨早起身
務求要成為 Toyota Service 今天第一個顧客
等架車可以早去早回

姿姿整整的我
七時正才到達目的地
得到第五名

個 Service Advisor (a.k.a. Sales) 建議我做 Major Service
我說已做過了
然後他建議我做 Intermediate Service
其實我只想做 Minor Service 呢
決定了　改不了

兩個小時後
"The service on your car is done but your X is wore. Do you want us to replace it?"
為什麼每次 service 的 pattern 都是這樣
錢包又少了幾百
只好安慰自已
安全第一

(A and B are positive numbers)

A company had quoted its client for X
The company bills its client for B first
and then bills the remaining balance of X (which means A) later

but the company sent the client another bill for X
(so client got charged for X + B)
client found out the error and explained to this company several times

hopefully the company can finally understand the problem
so this arithmetic episode can be closed

Unique Design

Some people like to decorate their cars like the owner of this car. Those cars usually attract as much attention as Ferrari or other expensive (rare) sport cars. Whether the designs look appealing or not, I got to give some credits to the owners for their time and effort.

炸可樂

They mix funnel cake batter with coke, then fry it. The strands are put in a cup, sprinkled with powdered sugar, doused with coke syrup, then topped with whipped cream and a cherry.

The New 7 Wonders of the World

We never get to visit 6 of the Ancient 7 Wonders of the World, but now we get a chance to vote for the New 7 Wonders of the World. The vote result of the New 7 Wonders will be announced on July 7, 2007.

My personal favorite for the New 7 Wonders:

Angkor (12th century) Cambodia
The Roman Colosseum (70 - 82 A.D.) Rome, Italy
Statues of Easter Island (10th - 16th Century) Easter Island, Chile

Stonehenge (3000 B.C. - 1600 B.C.) Amesbury, United Kingdom
Petra (9 B.C. - 40 A.D.), Jordan

諗住去人工湖散步
行行吓Freeway見到有南瓜大笪地
所以走咗去趁熱鬧

大部份人都係一家大細嚟揀南瓜
通常D大人會租架小型手拉車嚟放瓜
而小朋友會好落力咁拉/推架車
除咗揀瓜之外
小朋友可以爬吓乾草塔
或者喺D公仔板度拍照留念
嗰度仲有得坐拖拉車遊覽農場

雖然周圍都可以買到南瓜
不過家庭樂可能要喺呢度先找到
