小小姑娘 清早起床

星期六晨早起身
務求要成為 Toyota Service 今天第一個顧客
等架車可以早去早回

姿姿整整的我
七時正才到達目的地
得到第五名

個 Service Advisor (a.k.a. Sales) 建議我做 Major Service
我說已做過了
然後他建議我做 Intermediate Service
其實我只想做 Minor Service 呢
決定了 改不了

兩個小時後
"The service on your car is done but your X is wore. Do you want us to replace it?"
為什麼每次 service 的 pattern 都是這樣
錢包又少了幾百
只好安慰自已
安全第一

他們是這樣的,要賺錢啊嘛。所以我以前通常都不會去他們那裏service。或許妳以後可以問他們如果東西不換會不會帶來很大的影響,而且會不會影響引擎,那不換的話妳也可以安心一點阿嘛。

佢地的標準奇高,一有小小的問題,一定叫你換換換,一來佢地可以搵錢,二來懶有安全保證咁!好在toyota的車真是好有保證,開左多年一點小問題都沒有.

fresh: 係呀! They make so much money out of the drivers.

hana: Last time I took my car to a non-dealership shop for the 60K service, they told me to change one of the breaks. So it is not just the dealership service. BTW, Thanks for your advice!

bbj: 對! 好在我開的車是Toyota, 如果是一部 Fix Or Repair Daily 的話, 我會好可憐:(
